Teleassistance

Immediate response in emergency/urgency, security and loneliness situations by the user simply pressing a button, which allows contact with the CVP Contact Centre, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, throughout the country.

It is intended for all people who are in a situation of dependence (due to old age, illness, disability or isolation), as well as fully autonomous people, but who wish to feel protected.

Fixed home teleassistance:

The user has a fixed telephone terminal and a bracelet or necklace, with an alarm button, which when pressed from anywhere in their home, establishes immediate telephone contact with the CVP Contact Centre, which guarantees support for emergency/urgency, safety and loneliness situations, 24h a day and 365 days a year.

Other control sensors can be associated to this equipment, by means of a previous budget, which allows a greater security, tranquillity, comfort and accompaniment of the user: movement, fall, gas, smoke, flood and also, in the case of entities, presence registration.

Mobile Teleassistance:

This service modality provides equipment similar to a mobile phone, with an emergency button, which communicates the alarm through the GSM network and enables the location of the user by GPS/LBS, ensuring support for emergency/urgency situations, safety and solitude, 24h a day and 365 days a year.
